Mô tả công việc
Overall carrying out the policy of company on compensation, remuneration and benefits
- Executive the process on payroll calculation, social insurance scheme and working time tracking.
- Calculating monthly payroll timely & accurately. Implement other benefits and related payments.
- Making the procedure on joining social insurance for new employees and pay out the social insurance allowances.
- Completing monthly/annually personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department. Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax.
- Responsible for salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
- Maintain master data employee records manually or in HR system
- Other works requested by subordinate
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education / Qualification: Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field
- More than 1 years of C&B experience in company size above 500 staff
- Strong Time Management skills
- Good knowledge on Vietnamese Labor Code, PIT Law, Social insurance Law.
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word), HR management software
- Honest, reliable, positive thinking
- Being able to work well independently and work as part of a team and work under pressure and tough deadlines
